Everything was better than we expected for the price we were paying.
Friendly, efficient lady at reception who told us everything we needed to know.
Dinner was wonderfulreally delicious food with excellent, friendly service and relaxing atmosphere.
Breakfast buffet had high quality food, a great variety of options and efficient service.
The room was large with lots of light, power outlets and mirrors exactly where youd want them, big comfortable bed with down-like pillows. Big bathroom with perfect shower and makeup mirror.
Plentiful parking.
Nice gym facilities.
We had looked forward to using the sauna, and arrived early to work out and then use it, but were told it doesnt get turned on until 5pm (meaning not heated up until 5:45), which didnt fit with our plans. To avoid disappointment for others, it would be helpful to mention this in the hotel description.

Clean and organised, parking available and good restaurant!
When we booked, the site stated that 4yr old kids stay free. When we arrived tired and tested from our journey, the room was set up for two people. When I enquired for an extra bed, bedding and towels, the man at reception was rather arrogant and rude, he said if I want an extra bed I need to pay for the upgrade, and the kids stay for free basically means kids can sleep in bed with you for free. I clarified that I would have been happy to book a place for my child, should I have known that I was expected to share the bed. Since she is 4, she can still fit in a baby travel bed, so I asked if we could have one of those brought up, to which he said no, because housekeeping is not available. He did however arrange for extra bedding to be brought up.
After a quick dinner at the restaurant we headed to sleep, and realised that the minibar is not working. This was another bummer, because I specifically searched for a hotel with a minibar, so I can refrigerate my medication. And ice bucket was brought up, but the fact that my medication wasnt at a controlled temperature, my course of treatment was jeopardised.
Restaurant and breakfast staff were sweet, and the late night receptionist as well, but we have been mis sold, and I do think we should have asked for compensation. Will not stay there again.
