Very neat and clean, excellent Breakfast.
No coffee or Tea in the room. That's strange keeping in mind that this is a decent high end hotel.

Breakfast great as always, room where I stayed (tennis room) was such suprise to me cos I and my family play tennis!
Suggestion to put some big tennis ball lamps or similar in room. Main table is too dark at evening so I cant do my business properily. It was too dark to read. I suggest to add some morw lamp at place in fron TV. What whould definetly raise up look in room would be drawen tennis xourt on sealing and on middle bar in room tennis net! It would be ,,wooow,,, effect! Anyway congratulations to very big effort to have such room.

Exactly the location I needed, impressive entrance with lots of character. The room and bathroom were a large size and the staff were exceptionally helpful.
The rooms are dated and need freshening up - mine smelled like it had been shut up for a long time and the large window didnt stay open. The dcor (paint, pictures and carpets) need updating.

I liked the fact that the brought some of the adidas heritage back into the hotel
I know this hotel since 1986 when it was still known as adidas Sport Hotel. It was an absolute gem back then. After the major renovation and the change of ownership and name change to Herzogspark Hotel it was still a very nice hotel. Unfortunately there were more changes done and the hotel lost all its charme and charactervery sad indeed. Everything feels very clinical and lacks atmosphere.
