We had a very pleasant stay. This was our fourth visit to this hotel. We like the rooms,the location, and the breakfast. Quiet neighborhood with on street parking.

Disappointing
The staff was good and helpful. Location was close to tram stop which was convenient to go to city center. The breakfast was ok.
The bed in the room was really small, not a a normal double bed you may expect from a hotel. Besides, the air conditioner was not working. The room was always hot and there was no fresh air during the night. Although we informed them on 2nd day, they couldn't fix it. There is no even a simple kettle to make tea in the rooms. The breakfast was ok but the options were quite limited. The value we got compared to the money we paid was disappointing.

no bar and restaurant available .. no service ( reception ) after a certain time in the evening and during the night.. no parking of the Hotel but only in the street

Wonderful
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for people with cars. The tram stop is situated very close, less than 5 minutes away. The room was spacious. The breakfast was superb.
It is located a bit far from the city centre but the tram runs every 10 minutes

Location and clean condition Lift and free parking
Room was small and slant low ceiling above the bed (because of economic room) We booked a twin bed room but a doubled bed was prepared. I asked to change but they explained they cannot do it because the room is economic and its bed size is not available to split. And they explained the miscommunication problem between the hotel and booking company. If a twin bed room is not available, We would have chosen another hotel. No coffee pot, no compliment water, no refrigerator.

The size of room, comfort, silence, cleanliness, design and view were good..............................................
The size of one double bed is very small for two people, and two small blankets instead of one big. Not comfortable. Taking into account that people come to sleep to the hotel, it was bad choice.
