Wonderful
A very well run hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. After a few weeks there, we really felt at home! The location is good, although not close enough to the old town for walking.
We had a 2BR unit and the kitchen and sitting area are a little awkward. Too small a space to accommodate a family of 4.

I really enjoyed my stay at Staycity Aparthotels. The hotel was very clean, in a great location, and the staff were very nice and kind. I also appreciated the parking, which costs €15 per day, and the option to charge hybrid cars. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay!

The room is spacious, fully equipped clean and comfortable. The location is fine.
Had to wait strictly until check in time (1500) although we arrived there 30minutes earlier. The staff said the room was ready but pending inspection, however, finally, the shower gel was totally empty, so the inspection was probably not a thorough one.

The staff were so kind and the room was wonderful. The AC worked so well and the room was large and very clean. I really enjoyed my stay here. I was able to jump on the tram and ride into the city center very easily. The parking was good, but a little expensive.

The room was super clean. The small kitchen is handy specially for someone with kids. The breakfast was perfect. The mattress was good.

Room was spacious, everything we needed. Staff was super nice and very responsive to our needs. We did not have maid service but we did not need it. We enjoyed breakfast only one day, it is super scrumptious. The staff at the hotel is exceptionally helpful and courteous. The manager, the front desk team, and Mrs. Johnson was an absolute delight to meet.
I had a bit problem with the billing on my part, but the staff was super helpful to solve the problem to my satisfaction.

The place was clean and offered good value for the price. It also has a lovely outdoor area where you can relax, gather with family or friends, and enjoy your time together.
Do not rely on the property's parking. We booked three rooms and arrived with two cars. After some negotiation, we were given only one parking space, even though parking is not free and costs €15 per night. If you're traveling with more than one vehicle, it's a good idea to arrange parking in advance or be prepared to find alternative parking nearby.

Wonderful
The proximity of the hotel to the Haufbanof and to the Congress Center (Convention Center)
It's family friendly. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. The room was truly air conditioned which is a big plus for German hotels.
I feel that since it's so close to the train station. Some of the guests would have arrived on foot. They need to remind guests about crossing the street at the big intersection before turning onto the main street where the hotel is. Hotel is mid block and no light to cross the busy street.

Couldn’t reserve parking during booking and when we arrived the parking lot was full. We were unable to park in the lot until the next day and after paying for parking the lot was full when we returned for the night some evenings.
