The hotel, as a construction, is new and modern. The room was also very quiet, warm and with plenty of light. The small kitchenet and fridge were very much appreciated as was the possibility of ordering a pizza or a pinsa and eat it in the room. The staff is super helpful and polite. Many thanks to Albina for her warm welcome. The parking is affordable, secure and very convenient, just outside of the reception. There are nice places to have a good meal nearby, like Heid's.
I didn't like that the bathroom and the toilet were in two different rooms. To wash your hands after using the toilet, you had to go to the next room. It effects the cleaning level, since you have to touch the doors nobs and the light switches with dirty hands. The toilet seat, the down part of it, could have been cleaner. Again, the room was clean enough in total, but there is room for improvement.

Perfect breakfast, comfy & clean rooms, really good & kind staff. Location for the guys who d like to be close to train station is perfect but not very good for the center connection. I liked the hotel and will be my Heidelberg point once I visit again

I found the staff to be very reliable. When I booked the room, I requested a crib, and it was already set up with a blanket and pillow by the time I checked in. I really appreciated that.

Nice hotel
The lady at our check in was not helpful at all. Bad attitude. We arrived there late at night exhausted, we could feel that she did not like to answer our questions. Other than that the hotel was perfect.

The suite we got is fully furnished and the location near to the station is logistically perfect.
The suite was full of dust everywhere and we often saw dust mites insects around the suite. I would suggest providing guests with facilities to clean the floor are at least I would suggest a careful vacuum cleaning of the floors before guests enter.

Good location, comfortable rooms, nice breakfast options.
There was a huge mix up with my check-in caused by the receptionist. As a result, some strangers managed to unlock my room with their card. Also my room was not cleaned every day as was promised at check in.

It's easy to find and not far from the center on foot. Breakfast was of a wide range.
I thought parking was included, so when told there was an addition of 15 Euro, I was a bit surprised, but it was understandable.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Cleanliness. Breakfast offered a variety of choices, and alll was well supplied, clean, great attention was paid to clearing dishes as we finished eating, good lighting throughout, onsite parking.
