The location and cleanliness were good
The property advertised “air conditioned rooms”. This was not the case. The staff’s suggestion was to open the window at night when the temperatures cooled down, but this is not in accordance with the advertised “air conditioning” which we prioritized when seeking a room to reserve.

Just about nothing. Everything was ruined by not actually being in the hotel. You are not getting what you were promised and paid for. It is complete rubbish. There is nothing on the web site about the possibility of being in another building so no way to protect yourself from being treated as a sub-standard guest.
Had they offered us a different price for the main hotel as opposed to the annex I would have made my own choice but they did not. This should not be allowed to happen and Booking.com should see to it that it doesn’t happen again.
This hotel does not disclose that it runs two buildings, one which is the hotel it advertises and the other which is a building 4 buildings away that just provides rooms, it is an annex. Rooms that have no facilities except the bare minimum, a bathroom with a shower that leaks all over the floor and thin towels. Not even a bottle of water to drink or a kettle to make tea or coffee. The mini bar was empty and not working. Want it fixed, dream on nothing happens – it’s ‘reported’. Want a coffee, you have to go down in the lift to the entrance and try to figure out a way to get 2 cups back up to your room using your elbow to press the buttons, not even a tray.
We paid over 200 euro a night for a SUPERIOR room facing the hotel courtyard for 3 nights. It was advertised as spacious and quiet. It was not in the hotel, by now means was it spacious – in fact our son and his wife in a standard room also in this overflow building had a room at least 50% larger than ours. You could walk to the width and length of our room in 3 steps by 4 steps.
On arrival I complained immediately and about being relegated to this lesser offering but it was in the evening and we had no choice but to accept this young lady’s word that there was nothing else that night or any other of the 3 nights we were staying. She was not even vaguely apologetic saying that in order to get a room in the hotel I should have known that this would happen and therefore specifically sent a message that we should be in the hotel. Really who would book a hotel and expect NOT to be in the hotel! By the end of the stay I was absolutely furious at this deceptive practise where dozens of people get given a lesser offering for the same price. I tried to speak to a manager but they had none

Didn't realise we would be in a separate building several houses down the road. Not clear in the listing how removed it is from the hotel.
No coffee/tea facilities in the room. Couldn't understand this. Such an obvious thing to offer. No tea in bed
There was an empty fridge advertised as a minibar in the room. It didn't work. We reported this on the Thursday eve. Were told it would be sorted. Checked out Sunday and it hadn't been sorted!!

It was a nice modern facility in a good neighborhood and close to transit. The in-hotel restaurant offered a great breakfast, afternoon happy hour and the one dinner we had there was very good . The rooftop and 3rd floor patios were a great amenity.
Upon check-in, we did not get the room we had reserved and paid for 6 months ahead. The room we did receive was nice, but it was smaller and did not have the sofa we specifically wanted. When brought to the attention of the staff including the manager on duty. They rudely and completely dismissed our concerns, refusing to give us the correct room or offering any sort of reparations which could have been as little as adding another chair to the room they gave us.

Great room with terrace. Clean, modern with lots of nice touches. Excellent breakfast. No kettle in room but coffee machine available in downstairs lounge in our building. (We found this later).
