Wonderful
A very nice hotel with a appealing architectural blend of an old brewery building and new facilities including a spacious atrium. Friendly staff at the reception, the breakfast and the bar (which offers well-mixed cocktails). The room was spacious and quiet.

Location, comfortable & spacious room, great breakfast spread, Wellness facility. Old building with new beautifully done. Great interiors.
Extra blankets in room would have helped as it was kind of cold, wellness did not have steam room and showers working that evening, bath robes in room would help as wellness was on the other side in different building.

High end hotel in a nice location close to the Main Street in Heidelberg.
They did not have a functioning smart TV. This is not acceptable circa 2025.
Also, someone on the household staff attached a do not disturb sign to our door. As a result the room was not cleaned. When we arranged to have someone attend to it, two tries were needed

One of the best hotel breakfasts I have had in a long time. The hotel is very open and has a lot of natural light. We had the family room which was very spacious for our family of four. There was a tram and bus stop right in front of the hotel or you could walk to the main part of town in about 15 minutes. They even had thoughtful treats like gummies for kids and hot tea and chocolates for adults. These little touches make the stay very special.
The sauna and gym are basic but still nice to have something.

Clean and well decorated property. The Christmas decorations were well done. I also appreciated the city map that was provided. It was easy to find and the location was close to public transportation.
The bed was not super comfortable.

The hotel room and the facilities were pretty and comfortable
The staff at checkout tried to charge us the room twice, we also wanted a bathtub and checked in for a bathtub but we didn’t get one and the sauna was closed

The room was clean and comfortable, apart from the fact that I had to resort to opening the window in order to cool the overheated room. I found that I was able to adjust the fan speed but not the temperature.
The breakfast was good and offered plenty of choices. I found it odd that for some reason they salted the bacon.
Perhaps to make you thirsty enough to partake in their over expensive water in their bar fridge.
The location was conveniently close to the central station.
The room temperature should have been adjustable and not just the fan speed.
Bar fridge prices could be more realistic and the attached restaurants prices did not reflect the quality of the food.

It is beautiful! One thing that was a disappointment for me was that I could not plug in my curling irons in even with adapters! Very inconvenient that there is not a simple plug in like the rest of the room.

Well Bar service, the bartender’s job much appreciated
It was a non smoking suite. But someone smoked in the room. The evidence was the ashes at window inside. The check in was terrible. No smile. No welcome talk. No guidance. Cold like a robot. Not carefully with the coat. TV in bedroom doesn’t work. Room was not organized well.
