This is our third time staying in an NH property in Europe and this time we booked a suite. The rooms heating wasn’t working properly. Complained twice and a heater with 2 small chocolates were offered to compensate which wasn’t very helpful. Also rooms have very very low lighting.

Honestly for a 4 star hotel it had 5 star standards comparing to other 4 star hotels in Heidelberg, super friendly staff , spacious rooms and a beautiful lobby.
If there was a sofa in the room would be more convenient

Very friendly and cheerful staff on reception. Thanks for the local tips Maya. Room was spacious, clean with comfortable bed and the best pillows we’ve had all trip. We had a corner room with large windows to let in the fresh air. Loved the nespresso machine. Right near a tram/bus line and a few stops from Centre. We left the car in the garage while we explored town the following day. The Italian restaurant next door was great too. Everything was great.

Staff friendly and professional, underground parking with 8 charging stations. Exceptional breakfast. Quite neighbourhood. Complementary water and coffee/tea in the room.
Our room on the 4th floor was huge, but bland and dark. Small windows, only a few light fixtures. Bath tub instead of a proper shower. Maybe engage an interior designer?

Very welcoming staff. Rooms and common areas were clean and of a high standard. Good breakfast. Someone with mobility issues would need a taxi to get to the old town comfortably but otherwise it is a moderate 20m walk. I would recommend a longer route crossing the Theodor Heuss bridge, taking in one of the bars or barges on the opposite bank, and enjoying the views of the old town from that side before crossing the Alte (old) bridge into the old town at sunset. The scenery is spectacular. The hotel has a good underground car park too.
