Location is perfect for going into Heidelberg via bus ( the stop is only 1 min walk from the hotel) Room is spacious. So happy the window opened to let cool air in, as the heat was on and the room was too hot. Food in restaurant was worst part of the experience. My salad was swimming in dressing.the doors do not close quietly, loud bangs every time doors closed.

Very comfortable and spacious room.
Very far from the city center and really bad public transportation. Good place if you travel by car and don't mind being far from the town.

Executive room we originally received was poor. No mention that at check-in that you have no phone in room. Good part we were upgraded to a junior suite, which was good.

Easy to find.
The cooked ham at breakfast was tough (bit over-cooked) every day. The entire hotel was extreemly extreemly hot - no air circulation in common areas - especially when stepping-out of the lift to the room floor - it was unbearable.

There was an alarm at 11pm. We all had to evacuate, nobody told us what was going on and we had to stay outside for a long time not knowing what happened. Because I was sleeping and had to get out of the hotel, I got sick. At least they could’ve compensated us with a free breakfast for the disturbance but nothing happened

breakfest was good, enough choices room, door needed some maintenance. Coffeemaker missed the water container (was solved by reception) bed, was comfortable.
Check the room before on the coffeemaker.
