Wonderful
We had a pleasant stay at the Leonardo Hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They kindly recommended some excellent nearby restaurants for dinner, which we really appreciated. The hotel was easy to find and had convenient on-site parking, although it came at an additional cost.
The room was a little smaller than we expected and felt somewhat cramped. A bit more space would certainly have made our stay more comfortable.

Good
I would like to thank personnel in the reception, who changed the room. In the first room (303) there was a low level but disturbing noise like ventilation or washing machine or dryer.

Pleasant
Size of room, it was OK for the price. car charging station (but NOT in main hootel car park!!! Behind petrol station next door). Can pay with bank card, no app required.
Staff were chatting as we arrived, didn't acknowledge us, then rolled eyes at each other when we asked for clarification on parking charges & chargeponts. Sent email in advance to emquire about charge points. Was advised that 'they are right by hotel'. They are actually not located in hotel car park but behind the buidling, accessed from behind a petrol station - not sure that deserved the eyeroll when we said we couldn't find them - no signage. Good size car park, but spaces are very narrow, so many cars use 2 spaces, thus limiting the number of useable spaces. Our room (delux) stank of stale smoke which had been attempted to cover up with airfreshener - not sure which was worse. Room was tired, carpet & walls stained. But it did loook like someone had tried really hard to clean it as well as possible.

Wonderful
The main adventage is that the hotel is located close to the main road. Breakfast was wonderful.
We booked for parking place but some of theother guests parked on double places so we had to park on the grass. I think the reception staff should say something about parking properly when people check in the hotel.
