Exceptional
Hotel location was excellent, a short walking distance from the old city, but easy to arrive at with public transport and also convenient with the available underground parking.
Staff was super kind and helpful and attended to all our questions and requests quickly, and even offered helpful suggestions for sightseeing, restaurants and bars.
Breakfast was also great, with plenty to choose from.
All in all we highly recommend this hotel!
There was a minor issue with the showerhead, but it was fixed super quickly upon request.

Wonderful
Absolutely exceptional staff at reception: very helpful and friendly. The lady in charge of cleaning service also very accommodating.
Towels used at 'green' accommodations not so nice. Disappointed with breakfast.

Wonderful
Location is very good, close to the city center. Breakfast room beautiful, many choices, all delicious.
Staff very friendly.
A bit old, patched in some places, carpeting really gross and full of stains.

Location is perfect, quiet but very central. Hotel is spacious, on site facilities are great. Shower was brilliant and bed was very comfortable. Restaurant could also cater for allergies (gluten and dairy).
We were helped by Sahar and Sophia and both were absolutely lovely.
Everything was great during our stay.

Pleasant
The hotel is huge and the staff was available 24/24h at the reception to help with everything.
Our room was smelly, like in the past it might was a smoking room and now a weird smell remained. Plus, unfortunately the carpet in the room was dirty, having big stains.

Not told beforehand that I had to pay for parking. I thought it was included in the booking.

Very Good
Lovely staff and great underground garage.
Netflix wasn’t working and neither was all the streaming channels. Whence I ans about this at reception it appeared not to be a surprise! Either fix it or remove it. Some areas such as the stairwells and corridors were a bit tired. Our bathroom had a cracked sink, this should be fixed. Breakfast was limited and some foods ran out but not replaced.

Very Poor
I have been trying to get a corrected invoice for my stay for weeks. Many phonecalls, many emails, messages through Booking, and ... nothing happens. Replying takes them weeks and they can't fix a mistake on the invoice that was clear since the very beginning. I have waisted hours to no positive outcome. Terrible service. I have never in my life given one star to a hotel but I don't know how to force them to provide me with a proper invoice. Maybe this will help.
