The hotel is in a very good location, the breakfast was good, and the bed was comfortable.
Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by several major issues. When we entered the room, there was a very strong, bad smell. To make matters worse, the temperatures outside were 30°C and the air conditioning was barely working. When we asked the staff to change our room, they only offered a cleaner to look into the issue. ​The service at breakfast was also incredibly awkward. When greeting us, the staff member asked how many people we were. I said two, and he just stared at me, saying his list only showed one person. When I asked if I needed to do something about it to fix the issue, he just ignored me and gave no response. ​Due to the lack of customer service and the uncomfortable room conditions, I would not stay here again.

Good breakfast selection, only a 10-minute walk to the old town, comfortable beds, staff were helpful, we were able go to our room even though we were earlier than expected.

Location is very good.
The staff is not very friendly and doesn't greet guests. This is very strange. The housekeeping is ineffective, as the room wasn't cleaned or the towels changed during our two-day stay. The bed linens and towels are gray, not white. The air conditioner just makes noise but doesn't cool. The staff knows about this, but they've done nothing to correct the situation. It was extremely hot, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel isn't ready for the summer season.

Staff on reception were excellent, couldn't have been friendlier. Parking was easy under the hotel with a lift up to access the rooms. Hotel is a slightly dated but clean but overall very good with a good shower. Good location to walk to the old town.
