Beds are old and sunken in the middle. Not good for people with bad backs so I doubt I will stay again. Most staff was friendly but one staff member was unnecessarily rude.

Breakfast was great, especially the waffle bar :)
My room was facing the bahnhof - the view was not good. Also, I couldn't keep my window open for long because of constant announcements from the bahnhof. So, if possible, ask for a room not facing the bahnhof ;)

Clean and warm room.
The staff was not so helpful when we asked for car parking space. There were some spaces in their front door and for some unclear reason we were not allowed to use. Instead, we had to park behind the hotel and the staff didn't give us clear instructions on how to get there.

We visited in April and the hotel was heated to an unbearable temperature. They advertise as having Aircon in the rooms however this isn't true so the room was horribly stuffy. We spoke to the staff and they explained that the temperature is set for the whole hotel via central air and the rooms temperature cannot be adjusted.
