Poor
The breakfast was good. The location was good.
The staff on duty on Tuesday morning (a lady) was too rude. I have interacted with only a few rude or mean humans in life and I do feel like she was one of those few. Mean people should not be in reception of a hotel, that task should be given to kind people.

Decent property
As to be expected
We were put on top floor with no lifts
It’s ok but I don’t think the hotel had 100% occupancy so not sure why

Good
Good for train travelers, right at the main station. Walking distance to the lovely riverside as well as old town. Tram stop near, as well. The room was very compact. Safe luggage room with pick-up coupons.
The bathroom and its shower area are very small. Construction going on nearby, so be careful walking.

Accor hotel are my preferred business stay.
Generally Ibis hotels maintain a common standard in guest rooms. Ibis heidelberg, I couldn't find it. A wardrob, spacious shower, wash basin with minimum standing space, a WC with space to sit on comfort mode.

Very Poor
The reception managers were so rude and arrogant. They ruined our first day of trip in Heidelberg. Please treat the people as you want to be treated.
