Wonderful
I had a great stay and a wonderful night at this hotel. The room was spectacular—spacious, super clean, and the bed was spotless. The bathroom was also clean, although the shower was quite small, and—like in a previous hotel—some water leaked onto the floor. The breakfast didn’t wow me, but overall, it was a good experience.
What I didn’t like about the hotel was that water from the shower leaked onto the floor. I don’t want to make a big deal out of it, as it seems quite common.

Great hotel in a central location in Heidelberg!
No onsite parking but there really isn't any in the city center. 10 min walk to garage - check signs for available spaces when entering the city.

Nice rooms, very convenient location with a lot to do in walking distance.
The apartment is really 3 separate rooms. I was hoping for a shared common area with the apartment. That could be more clear in the booking information. Despite that misunderstanding (probably on my part), we still very much liked the hotel and location.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful! Great historic building & near the Weihnachtsmarkt!
It was noisy in the street until around 12midnight.

Disappointing
The proximity to Christmas markets and main sights.
It was right on the Main Street through Heidelberg and was SO LOUD THE WNTIRE NIGHT! I didn’t even get an hour of sleep. It was a rough stay. Also the water never got hot in the room.

We had 2 rooms as a family and each was large, clean and very comfortable. Our request to have them near each other was honored. The staff at front desk was wonderful and very friendly and knowledgable. They recommended great restaurants which we loved!
Would have liked to have better instructions for parking which is tricky. Would have liked to have a luggage rack in the room
