Fantastic experience for myself & 3 sons traveling Europe & being able to stay in one room. Large, super clean room. Quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was so good. Words cannot do justice to how great our stay was. So accommodating …Stay there you will not regret it !
It’s all part of traveling in foreign country…finding your way to your destination …this was all worth the effort.

Very friendly, the location is great and so was the breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms.
The only thing that could be better is the noise isolation to the hallway, but it wasn't a big issue.

This is a family owned hotel with friendly staff. Eveything was super clean and well-organized and the room was comfortable.
The location can be a bit far from downtown by walking.

We all loved the pool and garden! Check in was really simple for our late night arrival. Room was spacious.
We felt the cost for breakfast was a bit expensive so chose to go for pastries at nearby cafe instead.

Arrival 23:30 as arranged. No hotel info in room number 3. No internet connection through hotel WLAN. As a result I could not open emails from the hotel with appropriate information. No emergency evacuation plan available. I was told that I booked too late to receive neccessary information per email! NOTE: when a guest arrives late at an hotel & there is no hotel reception, no information about the hotel's facilities or services, no fire extinguisher visible, and no emergency evacuation plan to be found, then you worry. The worry stays with you through the night & into the early hours of the morning. A most unpleasant experience at a pleasant hotel. I woke many times during the night because I did not feel my wife & I were in a secure or safe environment. No apology or discount was offered. Booking.com stated breakfast included. This was declined by the owner. A polite but arrogant owner blamed her service provider for the Internet outage & blamed me for not receiving hotel information because I booked too late. The service as specified on the Booking.com & hotel website not accurate. I was mislead & not compensated for the service shortfalls. The non-caring attitude gave a strong sense that the owner is only in the business for the money & not as a business partner.

The hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood but with excellent transport connections. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was superb and Beata was friendly and helpful.

The room was perfect for our family of four. One single bed was in a sun porch off of the main bedroom. Very comfortable beds and very clean.
Full German breakfast as well as made to order eggs. The host is very friendly and made us feel very welcome
The location is a 10 min walk to the downtown through a safe nice area. The philosopher way walk is a 3 min walk from the house. Excellent restaurant nearby as well.

We are very happy we stayed here. It's small but has immense character and give a great "local" experience. The owner (Biatta) is very warm, welcoming and helpful. The pension is located a moderate distance walk from the old town (about 20 minutes). We highly recommend, but not if you're looking for a large, modern hotel. Here you see how the locals live. Also, very nice and affordable breakfast.
