Location and cleanliness were good. Overall, it was comfortable for a one-night stay.
The hotel seemed nice, but the design of the single room was poor. It is fine for a one-night stay, but not for more. For the same cost, they could have made a much better arrangement for a small room.

All was good, the cleanliness, location, room size. They had this key-machine to check-in if you come after 2pm or so, but after a few tries worked just fine.
Single beds were funny, unless you lay in the center line of the bed, they were soft enough and had a tendecy to lean sideways and make roll out. So all night while sleeping you are keeping a balance too.

The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. Enjoyed the coffee in the mornings and the daily one Liter of water. It is a great location. Makes all the main sites easy to walk to.
It felt like more like a youth hostel in the last evening. It was fine other than that.

Convenient location, walking distance from the railway station and city center. Easy and fast check-in late at night with the machine. Seemed clean and well organised. Good price. During the night it was very quiet (early morning it started to get noisy with road works just down my window).
The single bed was really very, very narrow, and too soft for my taste. I would have liked an extra blanket, too. A boiler in the room would have been a nice bonus, even though I knew there wouldn't be any. I didn't manage to figure out how the coffee machine worked in the lobby.

The Location of the Hotel is good since it is 10-12 minutes walkable from the DB main station and ot served our purpose . the rooms are clean and tidy and its good value for money . The staff was friendly and helpful too to provide infirmations since i was also new to the place . Overall it is a good place to stay .
However you will find the coffee machines non functional or is out of coffee. It was the only complimentary item which they provided,

The property was about a 16 minute walk from the city center, so it took a little bit to get back from being places.

The room was good for the value and the location of the place was great for a weekend to discover the town. I also like that it had an elevator for the luggage and that the check in/out was easy. The room had enough chargers and a clean sink for toiletries
I know this is kind of out of the staffs hands but there were a lot of drunk dudes at 2 am knocking on doors (I believe there was like a Heidelberg festival) probably trying to find their rooms, I asked for a quiet room in my booking because I knew I had to take a plane at 7am the next day , so it was not pleasant to have all these people noise and knocking on doors without any staff member to complain about (as it was a sunday there was no person in the lobby)

Tidy, reasonably priced hotel with good two-star amenities. Immediate surroundings are safe and have some very nice food options—especially the Buddhist café around the corner!
Lack of AC in our room would make this a bad place to stay in summer. Luckily, it wasn’t too hot when we visited. Location was a bit less convenient than we expected for Heidelberg attractions.

Perfect location for trams and buses but still on a quiet street.. cafes and restaurants very close and very good.
Added bonus of a lovely coffee machine at reception.
Slight downside u can hear when people come back to their rooms..it only lasted a few minutes as people were very mindful of noise..still a super small hotel.

We liked the bottle of water in our room each day and the one free hot drink per person each day. Everything was clean and comfortable. The wifi was good also.
We didn't like not having staff there (reception is hardly open even during the weekdays). The man in the room next to us was facetiming loudly in the next room - so loudly I could hear both him and the person on the other end - for at least a half hour each night at midnight and there wasn't any staff around to ask them to be quiet.

Wonderful
Charming modern hotel to stay right in the center of Offenburg. Kind and helpful personal. We got a very spacious attic room. Very comfortable bed. Highly reccomend.
Windows in our room didn't have curtains so light was in and woke us up at 5Am. :(

The Wi-Fi barely worked, which I find completely unacceptable in 2025. Reliable internet should be a basic standard by now. Unfortunately, this issue significantly impacted my stay and ruined parts of my trip.
