They were very helpful with my questions and stay. The room was nice and clean. The check in and out was flawless, and the hotel was easily accesible with public transportation.
The bed was a bit small for my size but I slept through the night without any problem from the second night and onwards. The location is rather away from the attractions but it is balanced by the room cost and there is tram line passing from a few minutes distance by walk.

Room was correct … nothing luxurious but comfortable bed , clean, all was good .
The hotel is very small… so there is no coffee or any other service. A Coffee machine would be a good idea

It wasn't clear that I needed to hang the "tidy up room" tag at the door. Also I really needed to remind several times to get soap and shampoo.
One day I come back and I realise that my bed has been doubled up, ie an additional mattress was added to my bed making it very high. I kept ringing the bell at the reception one evening but couldn't get any help.
