I wanted a hotel close to the University and this one was literally within the campus
The rooms were not cleaned daily, we had to specifically request for toilet paper, new towels, shower gel, etc
The rooms had no hot drink preparation facility (i requested a kettle and was given one, but there were no cups or mugs in the room)
The reception was mostly unattended
The restaurant wasnt open during hours that it was supposed to be

Very Good
The breakfast buffet was really good and had a lot of options. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful and the hotel was located in a quiet area, only a few minutes away from a bus stop.
The room was always very warm despite opening windows and trying to change the temperature.

The location of the hotel was very quiet and that added to our pleasant experience during our stay there. Drive in was very good, parking locations could have been more readable for first timers like me. We spent some time looking for the parking but found it eventually. But the room was quite elegant, bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Bathroom is of good size and bright. Overall the stay was very relaxing and fun. Staff was quite helpful as well. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. Excellent baked goods, etc. Also, the live egg counter was fun.
The TV situation. Since, the weather was not optimal for an outing, we felt like spending the evening at the hotel in the room to relax, but the TV had very limited options and no streaming options, also, couldn't connect to the TV from our devices to cast any content. Would have been more fun.

We liked only the room and the paid breakfast.
We had a very disappointing stay. The staff was rude and often ignored us completely. During our 5-day stay, we asked multiple times for our room to be cleaned, but it only happened once — and even then, they only changed the towels and did nothing else.
They were very strict with the rules, but only when it was convenient for them. Overall, the service and attitude were far below expectations, and we would not recommend staying here.

The worst hotel ever.
During the night, around 10 p.m., while I was sleeping there was someone loud yelling and singing, which sounded like a drunk person, and it was very disturbing. There was also a flying bug in the room. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow. The bathroom was not clean; I noticed stains on the toilet and hair in the sink. The most serious issue was the shower drain, which was completely clogged. As a result, water flooded the entire bathroom within seconds forcing me to stop showering and opening dirty bathroom floor drain, almost immediately while I was already completely wet. Additionally, there was no reception or staff available to assist me, around 11 p.m. no one even answered the phone when I tried to call for help. Because of these issues, I was unable to sleep properly and felt extremely uncomfortable throughout the night. This experience was very disappointing, and it did not meet basic hotel standards. I've informed the receptionist and sent email to the hotel manager, but no response at all.
