Close to the action, the hotel itself looked quite nice. I enjoyed the breakfast, although it was expensive. The staff was attentive and nice. They have the option to store your luggage, although the system they use feels very unsafe...
The bed was not very comfortable. The city is not prepared for the heat and this hotel even less. The only option was to have an *extremely noisy* fan always on. While the location is good, it's a noisy environment. The tram in particular and the traffic in general are quite loud.

old outdated room facing the back = heating and A/C ducts. Noisy. Not comfortable.

The single bed bedroom right under the roof felt like a storage room and a bit expensive for that

Te location is 10/10 no question, I booked a room with a bath tub and took a screenshot of my booking. Later I got a room without a bathtub. Afterwards I got a different, not as nice room without a bathtub. They said it’s “shower OR bathtub” but in my screenshot it said “bathtub”. They switched rooms but the room I got then was unfortunately not worth the money I paid. The staff was very helpful and tried their best, overall it was just not convincing. If it was cheaper then it would’ve still be worth it..
