The rooms we were assigned did not have airco. We had to survive our stay with a table fan with open windows during the summer in August.

The inside is sort of nice
Don’t expect a peaceful and restful place. It’s right next to a tramway/bus station, it’s very noisy (and starts around 5AM). The images on booking absolutely don’t look like the real hotel. The rooms advertised look nothing like the room you actually have. Our room was supposed to have a minibar, there was none. It’s expensive for the quality. The breakfast is not worth it.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Great location. Very helpful staff. Parking is right next door, you do however need to pick up the chip key from reception in order to go down and park your car (basement -3). Dogs allowed which we loved as we travelled with our two dogs

Lights hanging from ceiling in bathroom, cleaner did not replace soap which was empty on arrival.

The man who met us when we checked in was very friendly and helpful with getting our car parked in the right place and answering questions. He was friendly and helpful whenever we saw him. Room was large and a big fan was provided to help cool it off. A 10-15 min walk to the main area of town, and across the street to the bus station.
The female staff members at the front desk are not very friendly. They aren't rude, but they never greet guests when coming into the hotel or walking by. They ignore you and don't smile. In the hotel and hospitality industry, this is an important quality to have.

Close to the action, the hotel itself looked quite nice. I enjoyed the breakfast, although it was expensive. The staff was attentive and nice. They have the option to store your luggage, although the system they use feels very unsafe...
The bed was not very comfortable. The city is not prepared for the heat and this hotel even less. The only option was to have an *extremely noisy* fan always on. While the location is good, it's a noisy environment. The tram in particular and the traffic in general are quite loud.
