Wonderful
Room was clean and comfortable.Staff were very helpful. Happy hour was very good.

Pleasant
I really liked the hotel's location. There is a public transport stop right across the street. Despite this, the windows are well insulated, and you cannot hear the noise of the busy street when the window is closed. The breakfast selection is not very large, but it still makes for an excellent breakfast overall.
We stayed in a standard room, which was quite cramped for three people. There was no power outlet near the second bed, and there were no coat hangers or hooks for outerwear, such as jackets. The wardrobe was very narrow and could only accommodate regular clothing.

Exceptional
First impressions always count and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was a good size especially as were staying 4 nights. The breakfast was really good, lots of choices. Happy hour every evening from 5 to 7....a nice way to relax after sightseeing. Close enough to the station, c.10 minutes and the same to the Allstadt.
Liked everything, would certainly stay again.

The location was fantastic, very close to the central train station, just two tram stops away and the tram stop was accross the street both ways, with ticket vending machine which made the transportation to every location extremely easy. Quiet and safe location, extra security level with extra elevator only card and beautiful breakfast. The room was clean, modern and spacious!

Breakfast organization is quite chaotic, sometimes no plates, sometimes no coffee (machine not working) and the staff doesn't seem to mind. The breakfast is not cheap and, if functioning properly, not bad. But give the lacklustre organization it was one of the worst breakfast experiences I had. No coffee cups, then there were coffee cups, but slightly too small such that the coffee spills over when placed under the machine (regular sized cups, not expresso), and so on ... Cleanliness could also be improved. There was a random pillowcase on the floor, something unidentfied sticking on the spare blanket.
