Wonderful
The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance, including the conference center, the main tourist attractions, and the train station. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding customer service. I accidentally left some important clothing in the wardrobe after checking out. The hotel staff promptly located my belongings, were completely honest and incredibly helpful, and even coordinated a DHL pickup to ship everything back to me in Canada. I am genuinely grateful for their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel.
There was an additional charge for early check-in, and the welcome at reception could have been warmer.

The staff were not very helpful even when I knew they had over priced our breakfast they suddenly couldn’t speak English very well. Later on amazingly there English improved a lot. When we left I got emailed the invoice and realised they had charge over €25 and was supposed to be €17.95 for breakfast this was for 6 of us so big cost. Also there were several breakfast drinks on invoice not a clue what this was for as tea ,coffee and juice should be included. The room was very noisy from traffic and sirens from emergency service blasting past all night. When we left we couldn’t get out of the car park as the staff hadn’t okayed our parking tickets for both cars even though I previously asked them to so you can imagine all the other cars couldn’t get passed until we gone back to reception. All in all a bad experience and will not stay again.

Der Check-in war schnell und unkompliziert, und das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet – direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Parkhaus, von dem aus man die Heidelberger Altstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Zimmer war schön, sehr sauber und äußerst komfortabel. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Das Frühstück war gut und für einen Aufenthalt von ein bis zwei Tagen völlig ausreichend. English: The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the reception staff were friendly. The hotel’s location is excellent, with a parking garage directly across the street, making it very easy to walk to Heidelberg’s old town. The room was beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. We slept very well. The breakfast was good and perfectly adequate for a stay of one or two days.
Parkplätze sind zwar vorhanden, müssen jedoch zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind leider begrenzt. Wer besonderen Wert auf eine schöne Aussicht legt, sollte wissen, dass dieses Hotel dafür eher nicht geeignet ist. English: Parking is available, but it comes at an additional cost. There are only a few free parking spaces in the surrounding area. If you’re looking for a hotel with scenic views, this may not be the best choice.
