Good
Very close walking distance to city centre and local attractions.
The room was too warm, and the lounge/breakfast area could get busy at times.

Good Location, very easy parking and access, 24h reception was welcoming and friendly. Room had a good size.
The mattress was quite old and felt worn out, bedding was low quality but adequate.

Very Poor
When I booked a room again, I made a mistake with the date—by one day. A minute later, I sent an email to the hotel, followed by two more, asking them to adjust the booking by one day. I didn’t receive a single response. Apparently, the hotel really needed my 72 euros.

Very Good
My friend had to be movaed after the first night due to noise emanating from the airconditioning in the corridors. I n fairness the hotel staff were excellent and reacted straight away. My friend was relocated to another room which met our expectations.
Lack of a proper restaurant within the hotel
