The staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially Alex in the dining room in the evening. He went above and beyond in his care for us. The food was also very good.
Needs to be updated. In the dining room with the stucco ceiling around the vents it didn’t look clean as the material holds the dirt. Our room while comfortable the wall paper looked patched in places. A new paint job would work well.

The location was nice and able to walk to many restaurants and the hospital as we came with an appointment in mind. The pool and fitness area were great ?
The bed was dreadful. Just bars in my back the whole night, highly disappointed for the cost.

The breakfast was awesome, it had a large variety of items to choose from and hot too
Staff were very friendly and helpful too. The staff made you feel very important. Made my daughter and I very welcome at the hotel.
The air conditioner could had been better or at least some instructions on how to use it. A little warm in the room but by midevening time it cool down some.

Location and staff including front desk, restaurant and housekeeping
Only one point, that every time before we arrive and during booking provide a request, to keep all items including coffee mugs, flipflops and tea & coffee for 3 adults, as we take a suit for 3 adults. But unfortunately this we find always missing after checkin. But this has been our experiences so far in all Marriott hotels in Europe.
