Dinner in the hotel restaurant was not cheap (EUR 24 for a burger) but sadly the quality of the burger was really poor. Bathroom and took dated too.

We have written to Marriott about the problems at this hotel , the worst of which was no air con was available even though it was and still is, advertised as being provided and they are aware it does not work throughout the hotel which is quite badly in need of a refurb

Very bad reception staff They refused to check us in and we had the confirmation number and paid we waited more than 1 hour And with the check out we asked for late check out and at 12:30 they opened the door of my room while we were sleeping and keep it open They didn’t respect our privacy and didn’t respond with the complaint Surely not going to book again ????

The sign on the riverbank about the boat cruise only mentioned 5 euros per person. It did not mention anything about more for a round trip. When we prepared to disembark on the return to the hotel, the man on the riverboat attempted to charge us more for a round trip. We put up a bit of fuss and didn't have to pay more. Perhaps more clarity on the sign would be helpful.
