We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Heidelberg, made truly exceptional thanks to Daniela Telle. Due to a flight cancellation, our stay in Heidelberg was unexpectedly shortened and stressful. From the moment we arrived, Daniela went above and beyond to help us. She kindly arranged a room upgrade and did everything possible to make our short stay comfortable, smooth, and memorable. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care completely changed our experience. Instead of focusing on the inconvenience of the cancelled flight, we were able to relax and enjoy our time at the hotel. This level of service truly reflects the highest standards of Hilton hospitality. Thank you, Daniela, for turning a difficult situation into a great experience. We are very grateful and would happily return to this hotel again.

Location near the historical sights and areas. Very nice staff.
Some rooms are on the interior courtyard/atrium which was quiet but dark. Preferred the exterior view room that the staff kindly offered.

Overall, the hotel was clean and in a decent location. The front desk team was excellent—friendly, accommodating, and professional. However, the in-hotel restaurant was disappointing, with staff lacking customer service skills, incorrect orders, and poor attitudes that detracted from the overall stay.

Location was outstanding. Breakfast buffet was cold and thought a bit overpriced, mostly because of my experience I didn't book the room with meal plan because I usually don't eat breakfast, however one morning I opted for it. They seemed very concerned I wasn't on the list and kept telling me I had to pay which I agreed to,I wasn't even finished .my meal when they came around with check. Even tho they said no hurry, felt that wasn't the case. Even paid them in cash since they seemed worried I might skip on them. Maybe it was an American thing (language.challenge) just didn't leave me feeling like I wanted to return. On a positive note. Did accomodate early checking which was appreciated.
Maybe is a design thing in bath Showers with half walls,water gets everywhere, you end up using more towels, You also encourage sustainability by not having housekeeping, however lack of towel racks...woukd be nice to have heated towel racks.
