I appreciated the friendly and caring staff, the quiet environment, and the short distance to the train station, bus stops, and tramway stops. I found the wardrobe very convenient and I liked the breakfast.
The fan of the bathroom mechanical ventilation was very noisy, clanging (imagine yourself sitting in an old construction truck with its engine idling). I was afraid of disturbing the other guests, especially in the early morning, as the noise would propagate via the ventilation ducts. I informed the staff, but no action was taken during my five-night stay, so most of the time I did not switch the light on in the bathroom and kept the door open. (The ventilation grille at the bottom of the bathroom door needed to be cleaned.) Additionally, I found the on-site instructions for getting the key card from the key box somewhat unclear. Then the key card had to be moved around in the slot of the elevator and door locks to find the position to trigger the locks.
