Great personell
Breakfast room and Buffet way too small and the layout is exceptionally impractical. The extra price for the breakfast isn't worth it in my opinion. The drain in the bathroom was clogged for 90 percent and it smelled like sewage.

Wonderful
The overall experience during our stay were great. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The air-conditioning worked well. The surrounding area were great and safe. It also located near the hauptbahnhof and bus station number 26, and supermarket Alnatura, also Burger King ?. We enjoyed staying here.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The breakfast was good, and the building felt modern and brand new.
The main downside was the size of the room and bathroom. Both were extremely small, and the bathroom felt more like an RV bathroom, with the shower, sink, and toilet squeezed into a very tight space. It was difficult to move around comfortably. Additionally, there was no direct access from the parking area to the back of the building, requiring a walk around to the front entrance and lobby.

Very clean. Comfortable bed, quiet area, easy parking (10 euros per night in the lot or free on the street). The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Many options including gluten free and plant based. Very large variety of foods: eggs, sausage, fruit, cheese, bread, spreads, cereals, nuts, etc.
