Location is awesome. Just right beside the central train station, and walkable to the main tourist attractions. It’s easily accessible. Room is big and staffs are friendly.
No coffee provided in the room.

Very friendly staff. PlayStation next to the reception where children can spend some time while parents prepare.
There was a slight unpleasant smell in the room when arriving. After a few hours of ventilating with the air conditioning, it was mostly gone. Several lights/light bulbs were not working.

Clean rooms and centrally located. Walkable from the Hannover railway station. Complete value for money and would be the preferable accommodation for us when we visit Hannover the next time.

There is a young Ukrainian woman working at the hotel reception who has a negative attitude towards Russian speakers. She spoils the stay and communication. If she is removed, everything will be completely different.
