Everything was really clean and tidy.
Parking in the vicinity is free, but there aren’t many parking spaces in total. If you arrive late a longer walk might be necessary.

Great rooms with wonderful view to green gardens. Clean and wonderful pool with sauna. Wonderful piano at the reception. Breakfast was also fantastic

Please be aware that this is not a hotel, but a senior home with only elderly residents. The room description mentioned it would have a fridge, but there wasn’t one. When I first entered the room, there was a welcome card on the bed addressed to the previous guest. Additionally, there seemed to be construction work going on, creating a strong, unpleasant odor similar to burning plastic. The smell was so overpowering that I had to hold my nose whenever I left the room to avoid feeling sick. The room itself also had a strange smell, and I had to keep the window open even in the cold to air it out.

Everything. from the property to the staff to the room and the facilities, meeting the inmates. Everyone was very welcoming and pleasant. The pool is very well-maintained so is the breakfast area. The bus stop (An der Breiten Wiese - Bus 124, 127) is within walkable distance and you can reach the nearest U-bahn (Misburger Starße - U4) station within 5 mins. From there you can easily get to the city centre.
If you are visiting during the summer and the room is not aligned with the wind flow direction, the room gets less air circulation and it will be very warm inside. You may need to keep a fan (Not sure if they provide one on request)

Very friendly Staff and Room was of a good Size, the bed war very comfortable and everything was very clean
The breakfast selection of rolls could have been a bit better (seeded rolls would be nice). However the price of 10 Euros per person was good value for Money.

The room is spacious, there is a small kitchen (although we did not cook). Good view from the window. Comfortable bed. Parking available. Breakfast is standard average for a hotel.
The floor in the bathroom was poorly cleaned and there were streaks of dirt. . It's noisy even on the 7th floor, the noise from the street prevented me from sleeping. And there are a lot of mosquitoes outside in the room and in the small room. My daughter was bitten many times during the night. And the smell in the corridors on the floor was disconcerting, like a chatterbox.
