Wonderful
The sheets and pillows were nice and plentiful. Lovely dining room, bar and elevator. Staff was kind and accommodating, parking in back as long as you can leave after 8am when the gate opens. Convenient to airport with free street parking also available.
No coffee maker or refrigerator in the room, although the staff gave me a kettle and instant coffee since I had to leave before breakfast was available!

Extremely clean, staff is all very nice, even if some (or front desk) don't speak English. The shower pressure was divine and controllable. Great smelling amenities from Rituals. Good choice of pillows.
Breakfast didn't include any dairy alternatives.

The hotel was beyond expectations. The room was much larger than I initially thought with nice high ceilings. Everything was pretty much modernized with a clean bed, chairs, desk, and bathroom facilities. The staff was very friendly. The location is just amazing: not touristy, walking distance from a street with hidden gems, and you can plan a short but lovely bike ride through iconic places on the way to the city center.
Everything was to my expectations and beyond. I am more than satisfied based on my needs and would definitely come back. I would recommend this for someone who doesn't mind bringing or rent a bike to get around, as Hamburg is one of the most bike-friendly cities I know so far.

The room exceeds my expectation, it's even better than the pictures. I guess the hotel was rebuilt and redesigned as a hotel inside. They keep all the old interior as much as possible as I can see. The design and the colour tone of the room make me feel very calm and quiet. The combination of dark grey with solid wood furniture is so comfy. And what i see is the good quality of products in the room. My room was facing the backyard, I can hear light birds singing in the morning. I observed that in order to keep the old window frames, they put a mechanism to automate the arm of the frame. I can see that the interior designer had thought through about the whole thing.
I specially requested a water kettle in the room and they didn't forget about it - which is good. Please keep the quality and standards.

Nice simple breakfast with nice freshly-baked croissants. Gentle and professional staff at the reception. Recommended.
It would be awesome if there shower was a bit larger, but who cares in the end! The bathroom was very clean.

Such a warm welcome from the lovely staff here and a cosy and comfortable stay. We love the neighbourhood - being away from the city centre but an easy 15min trip by bus / uBanh to get into town. Unbelievable check out times are on offer too from 7-12 with an easy check in/out system in place.

The staff were fabulous, I’ve sent an email prior to our arrival asking for an early check in. Upon our arrival mid morning, the room thankfully was ready waiting for us which we were grateful for as we had to get up at 3am for our flight to Hamburg.

Cozy, stylish and comfortable room, spacious bathroom, a neat location, easy check in despite late arrival.
It’s not a minus but I’d be happy to pay more for a breakfast with more options. The one that was offered was still good though.

The room was very clean, I loved the modern and cosy design! The shower was very good.
I know it's right for most of Hamburg, but the weather is hot and the lack of air conditioning makes it hard to sleep :/ but- they did mention it in their page on booking and luckily the weather got nicer at night, so overall it was a nice sleep
