Fantastic location. Highly competent and friendly staff. Spotlessly clean and comfortable room. Best breakfast in Germany, possibly Europe. Dinner in the brasserie was relaxed and delicious. Very good value for top luxurious experience.

At breakfast, there was a large piece of glass in my napkin, which cut my finger. In response, they offered a free breakfast. After I returned home, I contacted the hotel to ask whether they believed this was handled appropriately, and they said they did. I feel that such a potentially catastrophic incident should have been treated with greater care and attention. I will think twice before visiting again, especially with children.

Good location, very good breakfast but expensive (€59), nice breakfast room if you get a table at the window. Very good restaurants (brasserie and Asian). Staff mostly friendly.
The entire hotel is somewhat dark—there is very little light. There is no proper drop-off area; you practically have to get out right on the street, in the rain. We had a room on the 4th floor facing the court with balcony. But often it smelled terribly (onions etc.) from the kitchen. The Wi-Fi in the room was weak. Streaming didn't work for five days, and the issue was never resolved. At the reception desk, they simply said they were sorry—no compensation or voucher was offered, very poor service.

The aircondition did not work, we slept in 26 degrees and could not make it cold. It worked for 1 hour, and then it was hot again.

Stay several times. Great location, great food on site and close by, superb breakfast. Very soft, quiet and cozy feel with thick carpets and soft furnishings. Almost at it’s best in my winter stays with the soft lighting and Xmas market in courtyard behind. I arrived quite early after early flights. So nice to have my room all prepared for check in to able to rest a short while and shower before meetings despite arrival at 10am.
