Great gym, pool and sauna. Staff at the reception phenomenal!
Waiter/ staff at restaurant was impolite and annoyed when asked a question.

Nice surroundings, wooded, away from the city. On a river. It was great to be able to get out onto the patio and enjoy the night. The staff gave us great suggestions about where to find parking for the Oktoberfest in Hamburg.
The pool was not available, but they gave us breakfast instead.

It was in a nice green environment.
The hotel is old and dated with very thin walls. You hear the business of all your neighbors. Staff is not attentive, trying to get service at the front desk is impossible. Management walks around, but does nothing. Checking out when everything is prepaid should not take 6 Minutes.

Unique hotel and property, away from the downtown city center. Opportunities to relax, enjoy nature, and paddle on the river. Don’t miss having dinner at the hotel restaurant, serving excellent meals with local specialties and regional wines.
No issues, but be aware that there is a bit of a drive out from the city center. We thought the peace and quiet was worth it.

The location is quiet and there is always parking available for free. In Germany especially, on booking you see so many hotels show that they have parking to only find they want another 20-30 Euro a day for parking so sad. All the staff in the hotel and restaurant are exceptional and most helpful with anything you need. I have never had a rude or bad experience here. When it comes to the restaurant, the food prices are a bit higher, but the food that is served is well in line with this. Anybody who has taste will enjoy the restaurant.
Like I said in a previous review, the rooms required some renovation. On this stay, we were able to see renovations to the hotel were underway. So this hotel will be a nice place to stay again when it is done.

This hotel is in a quiet location. The rooms were clean and tidy. The food and service in the restaurant is excellent. The staff here are very polite and helpful.
The rooms could do with renovation or at least a little paint to clean up water damage in some bathrooms.
