The Hotel is so clean and the staff are friendly.
The breakfast dining hall is too sophisticated. Its too much for my liking but i guess its the theme of the hotel and many people prefers this way.

The room was clean and the bed was very good. The hotel was on a very busy crossing, but at night it was quiet.
The bathroom didn't have a window and therefore it did not smell nice in there. The bathroom door had windows: not nice for someone who is sleeping while the other person goes to the bathroom and turns the lights on. The hotel has a spa, swimming pool and gym, but the staff did not tell us where to find it at check in and there was no information in the room. You had to install an app. And the gym was smaller than in the pictures.

Love this place so much we extended our stay. Lovely cross between old charm and modern, clean decor.
The sauna and pools were AMAZING. They are a bit dark with natural wood and comfortable lighting. There are lounge chairs with natural light. Had a great nap each morning after the sauna and swim.
We had come from frankfurt, which was not easy or fun. We were tired and cranky, Katarina checked us in. She was very kind and patient. She gave us a her personal promise we had a quiet room. WE DID!
Through our stay she went Above and beyond to help us. She had a true spirit of Hospitality. It was obvious she loves what she does and does it whole heartedly, (and she is good at it.) She makes this property great!
Breakfast was good! European and American style. Eggs, sausage, pastries, rolls, meats, cheeses, fruit, and everything else you would expect.
Location was good for us but suggest a car. Everything we needed was within 5 minutes, restaurants, bars, Aldi's, grocery stores. About 20 minutes from everything else, museums, Cotton club and Sternschanze, the really cool area to shop.
The decor is clean and we'll kept. Housekeeping was nice.
Ladies: Check out the showerhead. In my room, it was gooood!
If/when we come back, this is where we will be staying.

i did like the room size, pool,sauna very clean and breakfast was excellent
some of the staffs were also super nice, bed was comfortable but not the pillow outside the building is beautifully clean too
the first impressions of the reception was dirty we thought we were at the wrong place and staff who attended to us was also antipatic, we didn't like the pillow too soft it felt like balloon we both wake up with neck pain but the day staff were nice to give us extra pillow, small tv and only German language with no other options.

Friendly and very helpful personnel. Generous breakfast . Bed was super comfortable, soft pillow and excellent quality bedlinen. Easy access to public transport.
It would have been good to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Very nice staff, free use of the sauna for 1 day of your stay. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the staff super helpful. For example they gave us the pro's and cons of the Hamburg Pass.

Breakfast was perfect variety of food and drinks (tomato juice was my favorite). Place was little to hard to find first time very discrete. Pool and sauna was clean and it was only for us.
