- No employees at arrival luggage area (parking) - had to deal with the luggage all ourselves (no one asked to help us - lack of warmth and “welcome/great to have you with us” - small things, smiles can change a lot.

The hotel is very nice, and the views are the ones making it great. Without those windows wouldnt be worth much.
Considering the price of the rooms, I would have expected to have some drinks in the fridge, but it was empty. The shower gel from the shower was empty and there was a mouthwash already opened/used.

The location and the view
Staff unattentive and no minibar!!! You have to buy mineral water at the bar or order it via QR code!?! It’s a 450 euro a night for a superior room!!
