Great location with easy access to lots of sight seeing, restaurants, museums and activities. Good size rooms with basic kitchenette. Comfortable beds and large bath. Most of the staff were very friendly. Washer and dryer were convenient for us since we stayed a few nights and had been on the road for a while already. The windows were quite sound proof (nice since church bells close by), but could be opened - a pet peeve of mine.
Requested higher level room but only managed to get 3rd floor. Seems like there was a big group for some New Year's event that took priority. Garage is expensive and was a mess but it's being fixed/renovated - it was nice however that they even had one. Some deferred maintenance.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions and the harbor. The restaurant downstairs was excellent (totally recommended), with very good food and service. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with plenty of fresh options to start the day.
The gym is located outside the hotel, and during weekends it’s not free for hotel guests. It would be great if access were included at all times. It's quite normal to travel during a weekend and be able to train without paying 15 euros just because it's saturday.
