The staff were very helpful. Surroundings and decor lovely as was signature scent.
Outside seats very comfortable.
No conditioner beiing unavailable which is unusual. Pillows are WC not good quality.

The George is my favourite place to stay in Hamburg. I love the general design, the rooms are spacious, very comfortable and offer all that you need. The restaurant, Da Caio, serves great Italian food. The location is great and the Lange Reihe has many good restaurants and shops. The staff are friendly and helpful.
