Super friendly & helpful staff. Perfectly located to get around in the Kiez & just a short walk (or 2 bus stops) away from a subway station to explore the rest of the city. Great concept & welcoming atmosphere. Clean room, comfy bed.

This place works great if you travel with a group of friends, it's great value for the price. Very pleasant staff. Appreciated a Nintendo in our room. Chill hall by the reception and the buffet area.

I loved the fun, funky and informative decor! The staff were warm and inviting and the rooms were very cozy and quiet. The communal spaces were also fun with funky music and Hamburg inspired touches. Everything was great!
I wish there was a stopper foot for the self closing bathroom door.

The neigbourhood is really awesome. The hostel is modern and cozy, much attention to details. Not a party place, but you can still meet other travelers easy. The room was very clean, the view from the window is great. We loved out stay there. easy to get to downtown by bus, bus stop right outside the hostel.

Superbude is located in Sternschanze, quite centrally in Hamburg. The rooms were clean. Check-In and check-out were quick. However, I think you can find something better for €70 per night – or pay a little more and get significantly better value.
The room was extremely poorly soundproofed – you can even understand conversations from neighboring rooms. My bed was right against the wall to the next room, so you could hear the toilet being flushed and pretty much everything else. The bed is pretty small, but still okay for a single person. There is no proper heating in the bathroom, only a gas heater (with a timer). There is also no desk or chair in the room, which makes it almost impossible to work there with a laptop. Overall, the stay was more reminiscent of a hostel than a hotel.
