This hotel exceeded our expectations, truly! It’s located in a cul-de-sac area in Hamburg. The hotel is equipped with all necessities for leisure that includes the whole family. The family rooms are big with a wardrobe room. Kids can enjoy a great splash ? in the swimming pool and parents can relax at the spa for some peace of mind. We had breakfast included, fresh produce with a vast variety of different charcuterie dishes and fruits. The hotel provides lunch and dinner a la carte and the food is absolutely delicious with a diverse menu. The staff across the hotel are kind and attentive to guests. We highly recommend the cocktails at the bar. Nadine is in charge of the bar and we couldn’t be on better hands. She’s outrageously knowledgeable and inventive. We had the best cocktails, absolutely outstanding. Thank you Nadine for sharing with us a bit of your cocktail a liquor recipes, for the amazing conversations and making our stay memorable and pleasant.

The hotel surrounding is very nice the hotel atmosphere is very nice
The check in person didn’t act properly when I asked about the lift because it was out of order and he said to yes it is and I have to carry my luggage to second floor by myself and the lift kept out of order for the rest of my staying there for five days and again I had to carry on my luggage down two floors

Disappointing
The only thing i liked about the hotel was the fact that there was lactose free Milk and yogurt since my baby is allergic to it. And the breakfast was okay.
Swimming pool. - it says that all ages are welcome but i found it cold to be with a toodler. My toodler did not like it at all and was shaking the whole time. I would prefer a small pool area for toodlers.
Bistro- we ate at 17:00 and there was not many options for non pork eaters. I ordered a salmon and certainly did not like the taste of it. It was also very expensive for such a small amount of food.
Customer service.- i think most of the workers there have no idea of what they are doing. Most of them looks unhappy and The way they looked at my toodler was just so disturbing, i understand the fact that it may be annoying for some people but they make you feel unwelcomed.
room tempeture - even though it is a cold season the room was too hot to be able to sleep i could not sleep for 2 hours at the night.

Very nice room, good beds, nice rain-shower, etc; the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Enough parking space. Right outside of the property is a bus station; a card with 15 euro which can be used in buses u-bahn and s-bahn can be bought in the hotel. Personnel was friendly. If not for the bad internet I would have given 9 points; now it is only a 7.
The internet in the room (number 130) was extremely bad. A couple of times I could not connect at all. A couple of times it was extremely slow. So, I had to use my cell phone hot spot. Unfortunately the cell phone network was also not so good there. Impossible in this time to not provide working WIFI in the room; so easy to check; easy to correct this.

Pleasant surroundings, decent amenities and nice pool. Excellent breakfast.
Right under the flight path to Hamburg airport. Lots of plane noise but also other noise during the day. Rooms too warm with no airco or temperature control. Due to we this had to have window open at night, which let in noise and smoke from people regularly gathering at one of the nearby entrances.

However parking was difficult to find as guests from events and golf club took all spaces, which meant it was very difficult to find a parking space.
Water in the pool was too cold.
Lockers needed one euro, instead it should require hotel card.
Difficult to see where breakfast was served.
