The location of the hotel and the view is spectacular. Also the cleanliness of the hotel was good.
- It is overpriced for the service you'd get in other chains - The kitchen has limited options, and if you're travelling with Halal mandates or Allergies you may struggle a bit. - The room is clean, however so much dust is coming out from the AC or Pollen. - We wanted to check out earlier and move to an apartment due to limitation with the ability to support a patient with us, however the hotel refused to compensate us in such a situation and would charge 90% if cancelled. We were forced to stay as the hotel is not cheap at all. The night room service also refused to give us rice separately as the patient we had highly allergic and additionally only eats Halal food.

Lovely hotel, lovely quiet room overlooking the river, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Excellent central location, next door to the Stadthausbrucke S-Bahn station 30 minutes to the airport.

Beautiful property
I made a reservation for one person at €299 per night without breakfast. The booking stated that a complimentary room upgrade was available. However, when I checked in, the receptionist told me that no upgrade was possible because there were no rooms available. A couple of hours later, when I came down from my room, I overheard another receptionist upgrading a couple to a suite. This left me confused, as I had been told that no upgraded rooms were available.

Room was spacious and clean, well decorated and freshly new. The river view was very pretty, not too much noise. The location is very good, walking distance from major tourist attractions and shopping.
Bathroom accessories were limited - there was no toothbrush, shaving kit etc. For this hotel and price, I'd expect more on this part.
