Very helpful staff, stylish lobby area, nice and clean rooms, very good location
A lot of works in the surrounding area but it’s only noticeable when you go north from the hotel.

Very Poor
Hotel called me at 11 pm that they had overbooked the hotel and that they didn't have a room for me that night anymore. In their defense, they found me a replacement accommodation (Fraser Suites + complimentary breakfast) and apologized for the inconvenience. Never experienced anything like it really.
