Great location with good Cafes and Restaurants around. View from the suite i great. Excellent Staff there, I had a little problem with an bath in my Suite and situation was handled properly with a staff and manager lately.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful room (208) with a great view overlooking the canal. Bed super comfortable, lovely bathroom. Great lighting Wonderful breakfast. Lovely, helpful staff
The original bedroom which overlooked the internal courtyard. Thank you for the upgrade. The bath in the sitting room was a little strange, a sofa would have been more useful. No access to Netflix, many channels but all in German.

Beautiful rooms, beautiful property, perfect location right at the heart of Hamburg. The staff were so good and upgraded us free of charge. We were so in love with this place. Wish we had stayed longer!

Lovely bed and pillows.
No sleep first night as bathroom light on mirror did not turn off on main switch and night reception did not know how to turn it off. Reflection on doors lit up the room as no bathroom door. Just horrible . Later management showed us HIDDEN SWITCH. no sign to let us know. Also room only looked o to inner ugly courtyard. Bad value for so much money.

Very comfortable, quiet room. No bath tub but nice shower stall, separate toilet stall. Breakfast buffet excellent. Location great -- 10 minute walk to Elbphilharmonie or Rathaus quarter. U_ and S-Bahn as well.
Lighting controls were electronic buttons and a difficult to learn to use. Coffee from automat was weak at breakfast.
