We left a belt in the hotel room that they didn't return, they charged me money that wasn't mine and the receptionist told me it would be returned along with the deposit, and it's been a month and I still haven't received it back, and there was a rat in the hotel

The hotel is a bit expensive for the size of the rooms, which are quite small. The property itself feels old and in need of renovation. The restaurant is small, and the bar seating area is limited, with only a few couches available.

The location of the hotel is perfect—10/10. The room had a nice view and the bed was very comfortable.
The hotel has no spa, so I had to use the spa at the nearby Marriott, which was not convenient. The price was extremely high for December, and the room and bathroom felt more like a 3–4 star standard rather than a 5 star. The elevator was also old and made strange noises when going up or down.
Overall, I regret not paying a little more to stay at another true 5-star hotel, or paying the same to stay at a solid 4-star option.

Very nice, comfortable, large room, very good and varied breakfast including vegan options, very friendly staff, extremely central location close to Jungfernstieg & Rathaus, nice bar&bistro. Did not check the gym, but supposedly nice view from 6th floor.
We asked for a quiet room "away from the street" and indeed got a room to the backyard - which had a very loud ventilation system, so one could not sleep with open window. D'oh.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The location is excellent — right in the city center, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the gym on-site.
Upon check-in, I was surprised by a high security deposit of almost €1700 charged to my card — something that wasn’t clearly communicated during the booking process.

The room I chose was acceptable from its size. The only thing I am hoping the hotel will do in the near future is to refurbish the room with light color to give it more modern design.

The water was cut off for 5 hours for routine maintenance, and I was not informed in advance—despite the fact that we were a family and had booked 3 rooms. This caused me inconvenience and frustration
