Featuring stunning designs where history and tradition meet modernity, The Reichshof Hotel Hamburg reopened in July 2015 and is located in the heart of Hamburg. Designed in Art Déco style with high ceilings and luxurious furnishings, the rooms and suites will calm you from the busy and bustling streets of Hamburg. Each room features a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom with an illuminated vanity mirror and a hairdryer. Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. Nothing The room was tiny. I paid 300 Euros and you could hardly walk up the sides of the bed. It had a stool and bizarrely an office chair. You had to move those around. Very cramped

Great location with nicely appointed, clean rooms. Very hospitable staff. Hotel has an old world charm to it.

Very near Main station and metro. Staff were nice. Breakfast was very good. Had a gym.
Room a bit small and a bit of a rabbit warren to get to our room. Have to Ask if you need an electric jug and we were only given tiny cups .

The room was very pleasant, with an extremely comfortable bed and proper pillows, by which I mean feather-filled, and not horrible microfibre filling. The shower gel and body cream supplied in the bathroom smelled wonderful and felt very luxurious. There was a coffee machine in the bedroom, which was also a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent. A very enjoyable stay.
The room was a little bit noisy, but I appreciate the location is right next to the main train station.

This hotel informed us only 3–4 hours before our arrival that, due to a technical issue, they would not be able to accommodate us. As an alternative, they offered a hotel located about 30 minutes away from the city center. Since we were staying in Hamburg for only one day, it didn't make sense for us to stay that far away. Moreover, if I am paying city-center rates, I don't see why I should stay somewhere outside the center for the same price. In the end, the hotel refunded our payment in full, but because we had to find another hotel on such short notice, we ended up paying significantly more and experienced considerable inconvenience. We were very disappointed with how the situation was handled and would never choose this hotel again.

Loud music in the entrance/bar area. Classy decor ruined by pop music. Wanted a quiet cocktail after a concert but the music was too loud to relax and chat.

The location made it easy when visiting multiple cities as the central station was practically across the street. It had a coffee machine and fridge and provided a kettle as a tea drinker. They even store our luggage on checkout as we had a number of hours before our next train. The view wasn’t scenic but having an interior courtyard added light and privacy. Didn’t have sound issues from outside which was nice given the location.
While convenient, being close to the central train station did bring with it a variety of beggars, homeless, and preachers but never to the hotel front door. The room was tight but feel that might be a European standard. Only noticeable when coming into the room with two people.
