Convenience to the airport for early departure flights. Reception area very nice. The room was very good.

Accessibility to Hamburg Airport
With respect to the staff with the surge of guest arriving they have to make sure the room is well kept and complete upon guest arrival. We arrived at 7 pm without a duvet requested 2x for it with an hour interval, toiletries such as lotion as well were empty, breakfast for example egg was cold.

It was pricey and free parking for overnight guests is not available. This is probably because most guests have departures from HAM.

All about the room, hotel location etc
The restaurant. Overpriced for the quality and service. They didn’t even bother to clean the table from the previous customers before bringing out our order. It feels like they charge extra just because they’re next to the airport, and they get away with it.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I fly into Hamburg. Fantastic throughout; there’s nothing not to like but the bed and shower in particular are amazing. Restaurant is great too, especially room service. Even though it’s at the airport and not in a pretty, scenic location, I could easily stay here on a week’s vacation; that’s how much I love this hotel.
Nothing! Just a small suggestion for the hotel: for your guests who travel with a lot of luggage (like me), it would be great if you could provide luggage trolleys inside the hotel.

The receptionist that checked me in was terrific and friendly. The receptionist in the morning was not very friendly or helpful. She was more interested in doing administrative work than helping me.

Quiet, proximity to the airport, clean and comfortable room, supermarket across the street, complimentary water, tea and coffee, bed was comfortable and the bathroom with a tub was excellent, new and sparkling clean.
Huge demonic looking artwork in the room. Not nice to look!
