The location, the class and size of the room and how inconspicuous the facility is. Real boutique feeling. Also notable how clean the room was.
The entrance to the Kleinhuis doesn’t close very well, so one needs to be mindful when entering/leaving the building. Also that the room was not really well naturally lit as it was located in the inner side of the building.

The breakfast was good. The selection of food and the service was amazing. I did think it was a little expensive for a hotel buffet however.
Expensive, and not included in the price of the room, even though the rooms were €500+ for two nights.

The location was excellent, just a few steps from the Binnenalster and from one of the best Subway/bus stops. Very nice suite, very nicely furnished and spacious.
Depending on whether you get a room at the front, and if the weather is warm enough that you'd want the windows open - the front-most room is on a busy street which is fairly noisy late in the evening/night.
