Convenient location, nice room
Bathroom not very clean, extra bed very inconvenient, many e-mails for self check-in & out, they don't even offer you water when you wait to get into your room....

The hotel is very nice and cozy, located in an wonderfull area. The beds and pillows were very confortable, we slept very well, the room was nice and clean, the breakfast, very good, the personnel, nice and pleasant, everything was pleasant and functioned very well.
We liked and welcomed the fruits offered by the hotel in our room and at reception; also we liked the self check in and check out of the room by email.
The neighborhoods are wonderfull, quite and clean, near Alster lake and park, with beautifull, sustainable, fine renovated and decorated houses and buildings, nearby shops, bakeries, cafees and bistros. Very large and beautiful walkable area, suitable for running and cycling; very good quality air, although it was winter; we reached the centre of the city entirely by walking and it was very pleasant. Also bus stations are nearby.
