Very Good
The location served well the purpose of my visit.
The room was very large - larger than I expected - and well equipped.
The breakfast was very good, with a careful selection of delicious food. It combined cold cuts with breakfast specialities, salads, warm dishes, pastries and selected Power Shot juices.
Staff has been very helpful - if one needs a taxi, I recommend asking the receptionist. The hotel seems to have a direct line ensuring very prompt service.
I would have designed the bathroom a bit larger to accommodate the sink - it feels weird to step into the bathroom as you step into the room.
The shower door sealing needed some attention, especially when the bathroom does not have a floor drainage and the room cleaning is done every 3-rd day.
The room facing the main road tends to get noisy throughout the day and late into the night due to intense traffic.
The toilet seat is undersized.
500Eur per night is overpriced for this hotel value. A 500Eur would rather fit an all-inclusive 5-star hotel in Caribbeans.

Exceptional
Breakfast buffet had an exceptional variety with many different options including some health options that were highly appreciated on a business trip.
The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, extremely high service level definitely stood out for me.

Very Good
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were pretty small. but overall it was a great experience. good central location as well.
Quite honestly nothing to complain about apart from the room size which qwas quite small.

Very Good
The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfasts are great. Lobby and bar are nice and comfortable. The service is very good.
The shower - a bit uncomfortable.
Rooms - seems there are no king/queen bed but only single beds connected.
Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t have a gym, they provide gym services through additional hotel.

Wonderful
The location was quite convenient, being close to a bus station and two subway stations. The room was clean, and the staff were warm and always available to help.
The free Wi-Fi was extremely slow and practically useless; we were disappointed that we had to pay a high fee just to get a decent connection. Additionally, there was an issue with the shower enclosure; water would leak out and flood the bathroom floor every time we took a shower.

Very Good
Small but modern and recently renovated rooms with all of modern conveniences, air-conditioned rooms for hot summers, bar in hotel, irons available in room on request, very nice size desk for working should you need to (a nice surprise for such a comparatively small room), good location, bar and grocery market are 2 minutes walk from hotel so convenient if you want or need them
Nothing terrible that would prevent me from staying again but: Price was yield managed for holidays so was high for what you get, room cleaning was done up only every 3 days, shower door did not close completely by design so left area outside shower stall messy & very wet after showers. there was a strange mix of mechanical noises in my specific room at odd times during the day and night which could be bothersome to some, parking on the expensive side at 18 euros a night.

Pleasant
Location, bed size, parking deck
Bathroom space, loose faucet, uncomfortable pillows, insufficient noise insulation (from street traffic)

Pleasant
It was well located and rooms were adequate and clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok
I asked for my towels to be changed daily and for my room safe to be fixed(needed a battery) several times, they always said it would be done, but it never happened. Breakfast spread was good quality but the 5 hot items were the exact same everyday for 7 days. The price of the hotel was too high for what you got in terms of service etc.
