The hotel is very conveniently located next to a U-Bahn station and near to restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel is very comfortable, good for a long stay and even receiving visitors in the room. I am looking forward to come back.

Nice size room in a convenient part of town
This apartment had no coking utensils, cutlery, kettle or microwave. Which defeated the point of staying in an apartment. Could also have done with a table to sit at to eat.

The apartment is spacious with a big bathroom.
Parking space provided as promised.
Sofa bed was more comfortable than the 2 beds in the bedroom. No AC on hot days was challenging. We kept the windows open and since the room faced the main road it was noisy all night. They charged an extra 6 € for kitchenware. It was not mentioned on booking. The place seems like an old people home......

Clean. Not too far from centrum. Good beds and bathroom.
We were only 2 but sofa-bed was already made ready and it was taking all the space in the room. Reception at checking was good, but at checkout, it didn't feel friendly.

The location is very good, literally cross street from the train station. But we got there upon arrival, we took the detour according to the map. There is no instructions for the short cut.
Besides that, it is a good place. Room is big.
We are not happy about the service at the front desk at the noon time. We left luggages there before check in time. We asked couple of questions, the ladies were not interested in customer services. They don't know anything we asked, including the location of the hotel on the map. The entrance door was broken, we can't go in. The staff was not bothered of a workaround. Also when came back for checking in, I found out we have a room facing the noisy big road. We wouldn't be sleeping unless closing windows.

It was spacious and very suitable for a family with a toddler. Loved the free parking area, which was easily accessible.
There was constant drilling in other rooms from 9-11. It was very disturbing for our baby whose nap time is between 9-10

Very comfortable and spacious two room apartment with a bedroom and living room in the latter a large sleeping sofa, also large bathroom and separate kitchen ( equipment on demand) in a house very near to Hamburg Zoo and U Bahn station, the building surrounded by a green and quiet area, there is a restaurant and bar inside, and a large swimming pool in the basement with a window facing the garden, friendly staff

Great staff, friendly. Clean apartment, great pool and nice location. Also car parking is available. I arrived earlier and I could already check in which I appreciate. Excellent WiFi . Soundproof rooms so rooms are really quiet. Nice and spacious bathroom.
No Airconditioning, so rooms can become little hot. No kettle in the room. But I could get hot water from the restaurant.

Not having any plates, teaspoons or equip.ent/facilities for boiling water, cooking or simply eating! A few basic plates, bowls, cups, spoons etc are surly not a large costly outcome

We had the number with the kitchen. Even when we arrived late, there was an administrator at the reception.
As we arrived late and it was dark, it was a bit challenging to find the hotel's parking lot.

Nice spacious apartment style room. The beds were comfortable and there was ample room for a family on pull out sofa beds. The breakfast selection was excellent and there was lots to choose from. There was fresh towels for the swimming pool and leisure area and the pool could be used for a short time after checkout. Which was very convenient.
Directions to the hotel on Google were poor and ended up sending us to the wrong place. The receptionist was quite rude when we arrived from the wrong section of the hotel. Which was clearly not our intention. The remainder of the stay was pleasant.
