Locatin is perfect for getting to and from the airport with the SBahn just one street over. Staff were fantastic and the wifi was better than I have experienced while traveling many times to Germany for over last eight years. It is a straight walk to the city, if you're a walker and with the Ubhan and Sbahn very near by perfect if you're not.
There was a renovation of some floors when I was at the property which made getting to the top floor a little frustrating as the lifts were seeing heavy use. I could also hear the water tank filling during the night, although I would assume this is only an issue on the top floor. It was not loud enough to stop me sleeping, but a light sleeper might request a room a couple of floors down.

Good location.
The hotel was in renovation and they didn’t announce it. Results: loud works at 8 on Saturday morning. Breakfast super full with half buffet. And nobody taking responsibility.

I like the hotel, Overall
Being in vacation and in an Hotel with ongoing renovation. I was not informed prior to booking. And wake up with drilling sounds. I was offered a voucher, and refund of one evening and none of the gestures arrived. So terrible stay worst Customer Service.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were as to be expected in Motel One. I frequently use the group and have never been disappointed.
The hotel was undergoing extensive renovation work and the staff were fielding a lot of negative vibes from some of the guests. They dealt with these well. The bar and breakfast area were opened by the evening of our visit.
