Clean and modern hotel, friendly staff and really quiet room considering I was right next to the main road.
No fridges in the room or complementary water in the room.

Room is boring (hilton style), but it works. Lobby is ok. Rolls at breakfast were good.
Elevators very slow. Staff was correct but friendly is not the word for it. Breakfast is mediocre, especially the horrible German coffee machines, and for yoghurt no options without an overdose of sugar. Room has TV that switches on with fuzzy music every time you enter the room - unplugging it solved that nuisance.

Great location and the room was clean
The check-in experience was terrible. Our flight arrived late and we were charged €50 just because the check-in was after 6pm. I’ve never experienced something like this before.
The worst part is that the whole process was online anyway. Nobody sent us instructions in advance. I had to contact them myself the day before asking how to check in. Then during the online check-in, they asked me the same information that was already on my documents. Paying €50 for that is honestly absurd.
Also, this fee is not very visible on the Booking page when you book.
Another thing that really bothered me: the receptionist told me they would give the €50 back if I gave the hotel a score of 10 on Booking. Completely inappropriate and trying to buy my review.
Other negative points:
The room is VERY noisy, it feels like sleeping on the street.

Very clean, nicely furnished and probably freshly renovated!
Staff was welcoming and friendly.
Location is like 15 walking minutes from the main train station.
Breakfast is worth its price.

Everything went Ok, nice comfortable room. Staff was polite and helpful. Recommended.
A bit more cabinet, more place for putting in the stuff. On Saturday moring a big queue was waiting for breakfast. And a small issue: A first aid kit including a thermometer at the reception. I needed one and the reception could not help. A small thing, but a big help in case of need. (Even if hopefully not often needed.)

Deep Step from shower to floor my partner asked to be moved and was told she cd have an accessible room with only single bed and wd have to pay. Bar and breakfast queues not managed and not enough staff

U Trains & Bus stops right outside the front door. Lovely bakery just across the street.
It was quite load at night due to being on a Main Street.
