Great location, the price its fair. It was clean . Luckly all the people that i was sharing the room with were polite. Some people were snoring but its totaly normal . It an happen anywhere. Thats why when your going to a hostel brings earplugs with you . I did so i didnt had a problem.

Good location to train station. It is so easy to go to Hamburg city and Airport.
Rewe shopping centre is the behind of the hotel.
Colleagues are so kind to help whatever you need.
Bed is comfortable for longer people like me
There isn't enough spaces to lock luggages that can cause some safety problems. If you have bigger bags or boxes, you should ask colleagues how to hide.

Close to the train station, good breakfast, clean apartment, staff very friendly and helpful.
I missed a refrigerator in the bedroom.

Great for families. Fantastic location.
Breakfast was overpriced and not the best selection. No kettle and tea/ coffee in the room Which is standard in all hotels. Towels were taken but not replaced for 5 people.
