Great breakfast. Served untill 11.00 a.m. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Eoin and Brigid. Food was great for lunch and dinner. Huge comfortable beds. Locatiion great. All in all a very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend.
Nothing really although the bar could be a little brighter - lighting and decor.

Very good location, walking distnace from the old city centre and from the UNESCO heritage Speicherstadt and Elbphilharmonie. Spacious room with all the comfort. But most of all we enjoyed the silence in our room during the night.
Nothing particular, maybe just that hotel guests could have some discount on parking fee.

The location is good, ~ 15min from the Speicherstadt area. If you like having breakfast outside the hotel, there’s a great bakery 2 min walking distance. It a bit far from the U/S but it’s Ok
Honestly? Everything was great

Wonderful
Location, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast area and offerings, small but cozy lounge area, cleanliness, parking.
I didn’t like that the entry way to the hotel essentially becomes a smoking area. It’s not pleasant entering and leaving a hotel in a haze of cigarette smoke. It would be nice for all if the smokers had a somewhat separate area outdoors to smoke and talk.
