Disappointing
This hostel don’t have elevator, i lift my heavy suitcase to fourth floor, is really hard, and i almost fall down. And the hostel also requests guest to join into the membership and need to pay 18€ for the premium. I haven’t been to a hostel like this.

This place had great facilities. Had a good breakfast included in price. Reasonable prices for dinner and lunch.
Staff were great, very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant atmosphere.
Too many kids. This is a youth hostel so it was full of kids. What could have been a very quiet and relaxed ambient was disturbed by large groups of young kids and students. Was located far from city center, but easy to access with metro.

The staff was nice. Smooth check in.
As a disclaimer, I am a budget traveler and I've stayed in many hostels in Europe but this is the worst one by far.
1. The room didn't smell good, it was warm inside and very stuffy.
2. The floor was sticky.
3. The bedding especially the pillow case smelled of dry sweat. Once you check in, they will ask you to grab your bedding from the stack at the lobby (feels like a prisoner), then you have to remove it and put it in the laundry bin upon check out. That's why I think the rooms aren't being cleaned at all because of this set up. People just come and go.
4. Check out is at 10:00 am which seems to be very early compared to a lot of hostels.
5. No towels, not even a shower mat in the bathroom to wipe your wet feet.
6. There are only 5 bathrooms (from what I've seen), 2 are for disabled people which, considering the number of guests, is not a lot.
7. They'd ask you to pay an additional amount per night if you aren't a member of a hotel organisation or something.
8. Breakfast is so so. I was expecting at least a sausage, but nothing.
9. Not recommended if you plan to visit the tourist spots as it is located on the other side of the city, meaning you have to take a bus and a train to get to the city center.
I know it's a cheap hostel, but I've been to cheaper ones that are a lot better. I always look for value for money and sorry to say but this one is not.

Staff were amazing, so friendly, and very proficient in English. Cold breakfast was decent, especially considering cost. Felt very safe here my entire stay. The bed's are firm, but the rooms are clean.
There were a few wall outlets in my 6 bunk bed room but not enough if the room was at capacity for the night for everyone to charge their phones and they were not super convenient locations either.

Healthy breakfast. Cleanness.
I generally do not like to write negative comments; however, I do not understand why this hostel has such good ratings - online communication with hostel staff was very poor, additional costs were not explained correctly. I even called them personally (emails were not replied) and the information that were given to me were false. No towels, no plug connector for electricity near bed, earplugs cots additional money. You have to prepare bed yourself and bring sheets to reception. No elevator (my room was in the third floor). I am surprised that they did not charge me use of curtains in the room. I had to pay additional 23 euros for the bed in mixed room (!) with external toilet and bathroom. Zero sleep due to loud other guest in the room. I am definetly not coming back to this place.
