Wonderful
A clean and well-organized hotel. The staff are professional and courteous, and the building is modern and luxurious. Definitely worth the experience
The location is quiet, and there is a mall nearby with all the major international brands. However, it requires about a 30-minute walk to reach the city center

Clean and beautiful place.
Pizza at the first place is delicious.
Actually city view is better than river view. River view's scene is not pretty.

I like the convenience to work, the rooms are big and the beds are comfortable
The room was too hot even after adjusting the climate control, tried opening the window but no luck.
There was only one person in front of me in the check in queue but it took over 20 mins to be served.
I thought I had booked breakfast but on closer inspection to my actual booking the is wasn’t the case but thought this was resolved at reception to find there was no reference of me wanting breakfast, I was not given a card for breakfast so decided to spend my money elsewhere

Beautiful hotel. Just didn’t get to stay long because my flight got canceled. Just was able to sleep there. Would have liked to have been able to explore Hamburg. Desk was very helpful especially when I didn’t receive my luggage from my flight.
Little confusing where the front door was.

The terca and the location
The bed was small, and the hotel was under construction with workers passing by the window. The sink was old and yellow. Overall, the quality of the hotel was far below what I expected for the amount of money I paid — definitely not worth the price

The location near the metro was good. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room arrangement was great for three people. The breakfast was very tasty and there a variety of breakfast foods to choose from.
The sofa bed was a little firm for my taste.

Our family (two parents and two adult children) stayed in this hotel for four nights at the end of June. We had room 321 on the third floor.
The room was reasonably big and more than sufficient space for 4 persons.
The beds were comfortable.
The bathroom was of a reasonable size with good water pressure.
We have requested good cleaning (due to asthma and dust allergy) and it was done as requested.
There is a parking garage under the hotel, but it works on the first come / first served basis (extra charge). We were able to find parking space on all of our nights and during the weekdays there was a wide selection of spaces.
The hotel has excellent access to public transport as the metro stop is located just next to the entrance. (In Hamburg, a daily group public transportation ticket is an excellent value for 4-5 adults).
We have not tried the restaurant in the hotel (except for breakfast, which was excellent). However, there is a large shopping center and many restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.
The hotel stated that the room has air conditioning and we tried to use it during the first night (as it was rather hot on the previous day). However, even on the maximum setting the room was too hot. We tried some boost setting, but it was turning itself off after a couple of hours. We probably should have referred this problem to the hotel’s staff, but we just ended up opening the window for the remainder of our stay.

This is a great hotel for children. Our son loved the play areas and the big lobby sofas.
The breakfast was nice, maybe not great but quiet good compared to other hotels.
The staff is really friendly and helpful. Rooms are big enough and the toilet is really clean.
The parking is very easy to find, with direct elevator and enough spaces even if the hotel is full.
Overall it was a very good stay.
The location is not as good as it looks.
The bed sofa is - as it happens usually - not very confortable.
When there was some wind, you could fill the air comes into the room by the windows, the isolation is not perfect.
