The staff were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. There is a metro station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around very convenient. The breakfast was excellent and had a great variety of options. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Nice Room for 3 People , great Shower , a bit small the bathroom , singel room for the toilet , very good , Location is a bit outside but with Subway right in front of the door , also a small walking distance to the Westfield mall , but you also can take the subway , just one station , Breakfast is really good , very nice room for the breakfast and lots of items to choose from , always replenished also short before the breakfast ended , very nice and unusual ! it was a very pleasant stay .
the staff at the reception , they ( we had 2 different staff when we arrived and when we left ) seemed very unhappy , or not too communicational , not even sure how to explain there behaviour , both of them where not smiling or joyful like other Hotel staff , was it just the Hamburg vibe ? just wondering , this was our third stay in Hamburg before in different hotels and never had an encounter like this . anyway otherwise everything was good .

Great location and the price was perfect for our short stay. The room was nice in size and we got upgraded from 1 family room to a 2 rooms connected which gave us more space for a family of 5

On September 1 we checked out and to our chock, my husband had left behind his washbag in our room:
337. We called the following morning, Sepember 2nd to your known telephone number, which was in Austria and told them about this matter. They informed me that they will be in contact with you and also we asked to make sure that you would send it to our adress in London. We have not heard from you and would you please send me an email:
barbromca@gmail.com about this matter. The washbag contains my husband' s medicine.

Lovely staff.
Large foyer with nice cafe.
Good breakfast buffet
Kettle in room with good tea selection.
Comfy beds.
Evening buffet not great, small selection, over priced.
The room was comfy and clean, but the toilet door didnt stay shut.
Overall the room had a three star feel.
As a result this hotel is good but definitely over priced.
Some four stars feel almost five. This one felt more like a three star.

Modern quirky hotel located next to a U bahn station. Good for easy access to Hamburg attractions . Really friendly and helpful staff in the bar
Unfortunately our residing memory after an awful disrupted train journey from Amsterdam which saw us arrive at 8.30pm instead of 5.30. We were tired and hungry and were told that there was no booking in my name. When I presented my confirmation I was told that the booking had been cancelled. Many thanks to the lady on reception who found us a room and the lady behind the bar who ensured we got something to eat and Marcid for looking after us.
There’s still no explanation as to why the booking was cancelled

I left some clothes at the hotel and paid for the return shipping on July 22. I was told the package had been sent, but the DHL tracking number provided never showed any tracking information. After repeated follow-ups, I was told that the package had to be sent again on August 12.
Today, more than five weeks after I paid for the shipping, I still have not received my clothes. Despite my repeated requests, the hotel has still not provided the new DHL tracking number.
I feel that my concerns have simply been ignored and that I have been repeatedly asked to “wait” without any real solution or explanation. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I paid for a service that has not been properly provided, and I still have no idea where my personal belongings are.

Location was conveniently next to train station which would be helpful especially those with children or elderly.
We arrived a tad earlier around 1ish and the counter lady was unbothered, unfriendly and simply said come back at 3 without even hearing anything from us. Not professional for an award hotel at all. Asked kindly if we could at least leave the luggage and she was kinda hesitant but still did it anyways. Breakfast staff find it an offence when asked what type of sausage is served because there were no food tags/label on the counter. Maybe she was stressed but there was only one person before her to attend! Disappointed much!
