The hotel is located near a road, and the windows are quite thin, so it can be noisy, especially at night.

The late check it was a bit confusing.
The coffee maker in the room did not have any electricity untill 10:20 in the morning. Nobody knows why.

When we arrived I had overseen the long instruction the employee had sent minutes before - I went to reception and simply said we would like to check in. He was super unfriendly at the beginning a few times but finally at the end after I told him in a nice way we are the clients and not a way to speak to us - then he calmed down.
