The place is nice and accommodation is good.
In the Bar the bartender poured beer out of an older beer into mine to create a nicer head. Disgusting.(Actually he did that to everybody that had beer as drink/ I asked its common practice), the bartenders don't know how to draft a beer. In the morning my wife had "Eggs Benedict" for breakfast. It came with industrial grade, convenience (prefab) Hollandaise. It was horrendous. I would stay again the place is nice but I neither would have a drink nor eat there anymore.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Hotel only caters for certain types of GERMANS (0.5% of global population) and no one else. 1. Checkin - There was no one to carry bags to room plus no lift that goes up to the second floor. - Had to find room ourselves with no guidance or direction 2. Room - Absolutely terrible outdated room more akin to an attic - It was warm during the weekend, and room had a tiny little window with NO air-conditioning or fans - Shower and toilet are tacky and outdated with getting into the shower being a problem and water from shower goes everywhere - No water or message to say where water in the room was 3. Bar and Staff - Sat in the terrace waiting 15 minutes for someone to serve us - Went up to the bar and tried to order drinks only to be told to sit down and to wait for someone to take order - PoS (Point of Sales) machines were broken down and it took a further 20 minutes to pay - Staff had little understanding of english and did NOTHING to address all the issues we faced This is the worst hotel I have ever been to and would strongly advice going for alternative hotels where you'd be respected as a customer

Great classic hotel with amazing garden and views. Great buffet breakfast and restaurant.
the people at the reception were not at a 5 star hotel level. the shower water would become very cold at times which did not make the shower time very pleasant, that should be fixed and avoided in such a hotel.
