check-in was ok, and we were accomodated a little earlier than than 3pm. We also managed to get a different room, because of the amount of stairs, although it was around the back of the building. location was ok otherwise, but not as convenient to the airport, as suspected
stairs to the triple room - no elevator no soap or shampoo in the shower, bathroom seemed rather outdated and appeared not very clean. Lack of outlets for plugging in chargers

They gave us a bigger room as the hotel wasn’t very full. Was a nice gesture.
There was no elevator which made it annoying to carry the baby stroller up and down.

Huge room, private bathroom, close to airport and convenient to get to the event I attended. Room was comfortable and had plenty of space
This is by no means confined to this hotel, but a bright light in the room for putting on makeup, and maybe a full length mirror.

Nothing. No comparison to airport Plaza Hotel which was even one euro less per night. No staff, no fridge, no water. Mold smell, itchy skin after going to bed. 3rd floor room without lift.

Easy access from the airport, easily walkable. Rooms are basic, dated but very clean and comfortable temperature. Convenient location for facilities, supermarkets and nature reserve.
The hotel is on a busy and noisy road. A kettle would be a useful addition.

The restaurant across the road! Close to the underground and to local shops.
Dated. Not overly clean. No coffee or tea facilities in the room. Bathroom looked dirty with rust on the bath, overflow looked dirty. Toilet seat looked dirty/stained and old. Loo roll holder behind a pillar. If you are of a larger size you would struggle to sit on the loo straight as there's a massive pillar in the middle of the bathroom!! Bathroom Floor Tiles looked dirty. Marks on the walls in the bathroom. Stayed at a 3 star for 3 days previous to staying in this hotel and this hotel is classed as a 3 star. A 3 star it most certainly is not. Staff were friendly and helpful though.
