Location! It is quite nasty near hauptbahnhof and I didnt feel safe to walk there even during the day, drug-addicts and homeless were everywhere..

The hotel is very pretty inside, very friendly staff. Nice lounge room. The room itself was quite spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was okay. Location is very close to the central station and u-bahn station
No soundproofing in the room, we could hear someone turning on tv at 6am. No noise from the streets though ? Also the area around the hotel is very dirty with lots of trash lying around, did not expect that so close to the center.

All staff was very friendly, the hotel in general felt classic.
Location was practical, but not really comfortable to be with a spouse due to the street vibes, to put it politely.

Not as clean as I'd like. Some of the streets around the hotel aren't pleasant so I actively avoided walking them. Shower water would sometimes randomly change temperature for brief periods.

The hotel was cute, small, quiet and clean. Staff was helpful and respectful and remembered my name. Breakfast was lovely, breakfast staff was hospitable and kind. Location was great. I would definitely book again.

It’s very clean and well maintained, almost spotless. I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to details. The proximity is a plus! Such a great stay!
The area the hotel is located in is quite seedy and intimidating for a solo traveler especially in the evening. My friends took turns to send me back when they heard I was staying in that area.
